尹幸佳,198611月出生,湖北武汉人,中共党员。20106月毕业于中南民族大学环境工程专业,获学士学位;20136月毕业于贵州大学环境工程专业,获硕士学位;20196月毕业于华中农业大学农业环境工程专业,获博士学位;201911月至今工作于湖北工程学院生命科学技术学院。
